お茶好きにはたまらない、台湾の高山茶。
どの山にもそれぞれの山の香り、花や果実の香り、後味の良さがあります。
春になると、梨山は涼しくなります。
梨山の冬は早くて、雪が降ることもありくらい一年中寒いです。
樹木の成長が遅く、土壌の有機物が多いため、茶葉にはL-テアニンとペクチンが豊富に含まれています。
茶葉はわずかに発酵させ、まろやかに焼き上げているため、山の香りがそのまま茶葉に残っています。
上品な味わいがあり、ミネラルを感じる口当たりの後に、フルーティーな余韻が残ります。
Tea lovers cannot resist Taiwanese high mountain teas. Every mountain has its own mountain aroma, floral and fruity scent, and aftertaste. 
The tea produced in each region is fascinating in its own way. In the spring, it’s cool in Lishan;
winter in Lishan comes early, and it sometimes snows. It’s cold all year around. Tree plants grow slowly here. 
Due to the high amount of soil organic matters in this region, the tea is rich in L-Theanine and pectin.
he tea leaves are slightly fermented and mildly baked. The mountain aroma is retained in the tea leaves. 
The tea tastes elegant and tastes like minerals. After you drink it, a fruity aftertaste lingers in your mouth.

-淹れ方について

小さめのティーポットの底に茶葉を入れ、お湯（95～100℃）を注ぎ、60秒ほど待てば飲むことができます。。
淹れ直すたびに、放置時間に20秒を加えます。
3～4回は淹れ直すことができます。

Put the drip bag tea into the cup, pour in hot water, soak for about 2-3 minutes.
You can take out the drip bag tea and drink it.
